Features:
The main components of our pumps are stators and rotors. When the rotors run at high speeds, centrifugal and fluid forces are generated, allowing the stators to apply strong power shearing, centrifugal pressing, breaking, fluid friction, and turbulence on the materials. This process quickly refines, homogenizes, dis-aggregates, and emulsifies solid, fluid, and gas-phase materials, resulting in stable and high-quality products.
Bonve Emulsifying and Homogenizing Shear Pumps are designed in two series based on rotor and stator configurations:
The FHM1 series features a single-stage rotor and stator, ideal for cyclic processing in medium and small batch production. It is suitable for short-distance transmission, homogenization, and emulsification.
The FHM3 series is an extension of the FHM1 series, equipped with a three-stage rotor and stator for enhanced homogenizing and emulsifying capabilities. It is designed for applications requiring greater efficiency and is suitable for medium to large-scale production.
