The main components of our innovative pumps are stators and rotors. The high-speed rotation of the rotors generates centrifugal and fluid forces, allowing the stators to exert strong power through shearing, centrifugal pressing, breaking, fluid friction, and turbulence. This unique process quickly refines, homogenizes, dis-aggregates, and emulsifies various materials (solid, fluid, and gas phases), resulting in stable and high-quality products.

Remarks:
1. The above dates have been tested for water applications. For products with poor liquidity or requiring higher discharge pressure, it is recommended to install a Bonve lobe pump before the homogenizer for transferring purposes.
2. Port size can be customized as per requirements, with flange connection as standard and clamp and thread options available.
3. The motor provided is from Siemens or an equivalent brand, with a normal type of 3ph/380V/50Hz as standard.
4. Material of construction (MOC) is SS304 as standard, with options for SS316, 316L, and others available. It has a 150°C (302°F) anti-heat seal.
5. Bonve reserves the right to change specifications without prior notification.
