The main components of our innovative pump design are the stators and rotors. When the rotors run at high speeds, centrifugal and fluid forces are generated, allowing the stators to exert powerful shearing, centrifugal pressing, breaking, fluid friction, and turbulence on the materials being processed. This results in rapid refinement, homogenization, dis-aggregation, and emulsification of solid, fluid, and gas phase materials. Through repeated processing cycles, our pumps deliver stable and high-quality products consistently.
Bonve emulsifying and homogenizing shear pumps are available in 2 series:
The FHM1 series features a single set multi-layer stator and rotor, ideal for cyclic processing of medium and small batch production, short-distance transmission, homogeneous mixing, and emulsification.
The FHM3 series is an extension of the FHM1 series, with a three-stage rotor and stator configuration. It is designed for applications requiring enhanced and faster homogenizing and emulsifying, suitable for cyclic processing of medium and large-scale production.
(The pump with 2-stage rotor and stator can be customized upon request.)

Remarks:
1. The above dates have been tested for water compatibility. For products with poor liquidity or requiring higher discharge pressure, it is recommended to install a Bonve lobe pump before the homogenizer for transfer.
2. Port size can be customized as needed, with flange connection as standard and clamp or thread options available.
3. The motor matched is Siemens or an equivalent brand, with a normal type of 3ph/380V/50Hz as standard.
4. Material of construction (MOC) is SS304 as standard, with SS316, 316L, and other options available. Features a 150°C (302°F) anti-heat seal.
5. Bonve reserves the right to change specifications without prior notification.
