The main components of our innovative pump design are the stators and rotors. When the rotors run at high speeds, they create centrifugal and fluid forces that allow the stators to exert strong power through shearing, centrifugal pressing, breaking, fluid friction, and turbulence on the materials being processed. This results in rapid refinement, homogenization, dis-aggregation, and emulsification of solid, fluid, and gas phase materials. Through repeated processing, our pumps ensure the production of stable and high-quality products.
Bonve emulsifying and homogenizing shear pumps are available in 2 series:
Equipped with a single-stage rotor and stator, ideal for cyclic processing of medium and small batch production, short-distance transmission, homogeneous, and emulsion.
An extension of FHM1 series, featuring three-stage rotors and stators for greater and quicker homogenizing and emulsifying. Suitable for cyclic processing of medium and large-scale production.
